Our company the HORVÁTH ÉS FIA ALKATRÉSZGYÁRTÓ ÉS KERESKEDELMI-SZOLGÁLTATÓ Kft (HORVÁTH and SON PARTS MANUFACTURING and TRADING-SUPPLYING Co.Ltd) abridged as HÉFAL Kft. was transformed from a since 1969 functioning small-scale venture on 1st December 1991. The founders and propriators of the Company are the members of the Horváth family.

Our main activity includes manufacturing of hydraulic hoses - flexible brake hoses for cars and trucks, metal brake pipes for oil - hydraulic brake systems. Pneumatic brake hoses are produced too for pressurized air brake systems. Beside the above mentioned products also high-pressure hydraulic hoses of versatile sizes are made.

The quality and reliability of the HEFAL products had been analised by TÜV Hannover KTI Kft. Budapest and upon their approval had been granted the use of "H" letter.

The metal parts for the mentioned products are produced partly by the company itself (machining) or vendors supply the forged fittings. The final products are assembled in a new - originally built in 1996 and extended in 2003-2004 - manufacturing hall.

To improve the quality and meet the expectations of international markets the Company's Quality System (established according to MSZ EN ISO 9002) was certified first time in 1997. Following the changes to the relating standards the QS was updated due to the prescriptions of the standard MSZ EN ISO9001:2000 in 2003.

As a result of investments in 2003-2004 the machine range of the Company has been extended by up to date CNC lathes enabling the extension of manufacturing machined parts in wider choice.
The Company aimed manufacturing of products for European vehicle industry. Our main acquisition supports this target.
At the same time - to meet the high quality reqirements of automotive industry - the QS of the Company is being improved according to the principles stipulated in the standard of ISO/TS 16949:2002.

The location of the factory and vicinity of Budapest provide easy access. The trading section (Company outlet) offers pleasant environment for the wholesalers and retailers but for individual customers as well.
The demands of our large-scale customers are met with regular supply. As a result of the successful marketing activity through direct and indirect exports the HEFAL products are to be found on German, Polish, Denish, Italian, Romanian and Ukrainian markets.
